| S2S User Group - NOTES - Bairnsdale 29/10/08 | S2S eReferral User Group - Bairnsdale
An S2S User Group and demonstration of the new S2S Care Planning Module was held in Bairnsdale on 29 October 2008.
S2S User Groups are aimed at those actually using the S2S eReferral System on a regular basis to provide an opportunity to: suggest changes or enhancements to S2S, share ideas with other services about bettter ways to use the system, decide on protocols and procedures for referrals between particular agencies or services, clarify why certain services use S2S in a particular way and identify issues to feed into the Statewide S2S User Group.

The idea of the Forums was to provide agencies using the S2S System with the opportunity to discuss how things were going, any changes or improvements that needed to be made to the system and what needed to be done next to maximise the service coordination potential of S2S across the region.
